BagBuilder provides golf club fitting recommendations based on self-reported questionnaire responses. Recommendations are generated algorithmically and are intended as a starting point — not a substitute for an in-person professional fitting. Always consult a certified club fitter before making significant equipment purchases.

3. Account registration

You may use parts of the Service without registering. To save fitting results and access your bag data, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our fitting data or recommendations at scale
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual property

All content on BagBuilder.ai — including the fitting algorithm, text, design, and branding — is owned by BagBuilder.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be accurate for your specific swing or that the Service will be available without interruption. Prices shown are estimates only and may not reflect current market values.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BagBuilder.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on fitting recommendations.

8. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party retailers or services. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability of any third-party site. Purchases made through affiliate links may generate a commission for BagBuilder.ai at no extra cost to you.
